Schlafly Aleympics Medal Do you think you have the heart, courage and...thirst required to achieve true glory in the single most ale-lectrifying competition in all of the world?

Join us at local bars and restaurants as “athletes” compete in several feats of strength and agility. Events will include Coaster Tossing, Doubloons (a Mardi Gras-themed version of quarters) and Cup Stacking.

The fun begins on January 8th and will continue for seven Thursday leading up to the Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, February 21st. After the parade, the Aleympic Finals will be held in Soulard to crown the Schlafly Aleympians! Compete for your chance to win a Custom Schlafly Draft System!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The winner of each Thursday night heat will receive a $50 gift card for the establishment in which they competed and will have the opportunity to compete for the grand prize on Saturday, February 21st.

Tuesday, February 24th (Fat Tuesday)

CONTEST RULES

• Contestants must be 21 to participate.

• No employees or affiliates of Schlafly Beer, The Schlafly Aleympics or Mardi Gras, Inc. are eligible to participate.

• Winners of each Thursday night heat will receive a $50 gift certificate for the establishment in which they competed and will have the opportunity to compete in the finals in Soulard (after the Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, February 21st) for the Grand Prize of a Custom Schlafly Draft System. Grand Prize excludes intoxicating liquor.

Coaster Toss Rules

• 50 coasters per contestant

• 20 seconds to throw as many coasters into the target as possible

• Contestants may only throw one coaster at a time

• Contestants may compete as many times as they would like.

• The contestant who has thrown the most coasters into the target within the 20 second time limit will win a $50 gift certificate and advance to the Mardi Gras Parade Olympics.

Doubloons Rules

• 25 doubloons per contestant

• 20 seconds to throw as many doubloons into the cups as possible

• Contestants may only throw one doubloon at a time

• Contestants may compete as many times as they would like

• The contestant who has thrown the most doubloons into the glass within the 20 second time limit will win a $50 gift certificate and advance to the Mardi Gras Parade Olympics

Cup Stacking Rules

• 50 cups per contestant

• 1 minute to stack cups as high as possible

• Cups must be stacked on top of each other, not inside of each other.

• The contestant who has the most cups stacked the highest within the time limit will win a $50 gift certificate and advance to the Mardi Gras Parade Olympics.
