From our flagship Pale Ale to our seasonal Barleywine, every batch we brew is full-flavored and of uncompromising quality. If it weren't, our name wouldn't be on the package.
We brew a mouth-watering variety of beer styles over the course of the year, 10 styles which are available year-round. Of our seasonal beers, we typically brew only one batch of each (except for our bottled seasonals), which remain available while supplies last.
Please note that our bottled beers are unpasteurized, which makes them more susceptible to death by heat. Please keep them refrigerated!

Bière de Garde
|
A bottle-conditioned, French farmhouse-style ale. The name refers to the beer's ability to improve with age and if you choose to age this ale, the tart fruitiness from the yeast and the sweet maltiness from the grains will meld together nicely for several years at cellar temperatures. Grand Cru
Fruity, spicy aromas and flavors contribute to the complexity of this golden-colored Belgian ale. Medium body and effervescence contribute to a light, dry impression, despite its strength and sweet, smooth finish.

Tripel

Schlafly Quadrupel is, as its name implies, a serious beer. But don’t be intimidated. This full-bodied traditional English-style ale is brewed with a high gravity and extra hops, which originally helped to preserve the beer on long voyages from England to India.

A variation on the mellow ale. This light, golden wheat ale will quench the palate with notes of spice and fruit in honor of Schlafly brewer Matt Murphy’s wedding to Angela Postal.
