Next time you head to the Schlafly Tap Room, make sure to first remove your shoes and remember that all of your liquids and gels need to be in 3 ounce containers. Huh?!
I’m not talking about the Schlafly Tap Room, our original brewery and restaurant in downtown St.Louis, I’m talking about the Schlafly Tap Room (or should I say, Tap Rooms) out at Lambert-St.Louis International Airport.
If you’re lucky enough to find yourself with time to kill in the main terminal (Terminal 1) at Lambert, make sure to visit one of the two Schlafly Tap Room bars operated by HMS Host located in the B and D Concourses.
The Schlafly Tap Room in Concourse D is open from 6am until 8:30pm and features bottles of Pale Ale, Hefeweizen, Summer Lager, Dry Hopped APA, Kölsch and Oatmeal Stout. It’s the first bar on Concourse D that you’ll come across, right near the American Airlines Gates and you can also purchase cold sandwiches, salads, pizza, wings and more.
The Schlafly Tap Room in Concourse B is nestled right next to the Gates for Frontier Airlines. They’re open from 10:30am until 8pm and boast Pale Ale, Hefeweizen, Summer Lager, Dry Hopped APA, Kölsch and Oatmeal Stout ON DRAFT! The Concourse B Schlafly Tap Room also offers sandwiches and salads, but they are also right next door to a Quiznos Subs and they told me that you’re more than welcome to bring food from there over
So the next time you find yourself in the St. Louis airport with a delayed flight or a long layover, smile…because you’ve got your choice of two Schlafly Tap Rooms to pass the time at.
