Teams compete on Saturday, May 24 to make the best pork steak for a GRAND PRIZE of $500 and bragging rights as WORLD CHAMPION of the World Pork Steak Championships! Other titles on the line: Other titles on the line: Best Appetizer with a Matching Schlafly Beer and Best Booth.
