Export IPA (June 5) This full-bodied traditional English-style ale is brewed with a high gravity and extra hops, which originally helped to preserve the beer on long voyages from England to India.
Weissbier (June 12) This Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat ale is light in color and medium bodied with a fruity and clovey aroma and flavor imparted by the German yeast.

Top Fermentation: Tom Schlafly's Monthly Column
The only time the St. Louis Browns ever hosted the Major League Baseball All Star Game was in 1948, the year I was born. At the time there were 16 teams in the Major Leagues and they represented 10 cities. There were no teams from anywhere west or south of St. Louis, which was one of four cities with two Major League teams. Five cities had one team each and New York had three. Nine years later the Cardinals hosted the All Star Game. There were still only 16 teams in the Major Leagues, but they now represented 13 cities, none of which was west or south of Missouri. The All Star Game returned to St. Louis in 1966, by which time there were 20 teams in the Major Leagues, but neither league had yet been split into divisions.
Forty-three years later St. Louis is once again hosting an All Star Game. The Major Leagues have since been split into six divisions and the National League alone has 16 teams, as many as both leagues together did in 1948 and 1957. Its not just the number of Major League teams that has grown. There are also a lot more breweries in the United States now than there were when any previous All Star Game was played in St. Louis, more than 1,400. Among them, Schlafly is now the 50th largest craft brewery and the largest American-owned brewery in St. Louis. Luckily for fans attending this years All Star Game, there are eight locations in the ballpark where Schlafly Beer is available: Casino Queen Party Porch (section 272); Jose Cuervo Cantina (section 433); Captains Corner (section 265); Backstop Bar (behind home plate); Redbird Club; Centerfield Bar (section 597); and Dugout Bars 1 & 3 (under the green seats).
