THE GOOD GRIEFS is/was Larry Bulawski’s (Magic City) powerhouse trio. Sherman S. Sherman will man the bass and Duane Perry, the skins. The band were the original veterans of Stag Night at the sorely missed Magee’s Tavern.
ROUGH SHOP features songwriters John Wendland and Andy Ploof, formerly of One Fell Swoop, who used to be joined by the voice and bass of Anne Tkach, a veteran of Hazeldine, Nadine and Magic City. Together they perform as an acoustic trio and as an electric outfit featuring Spencer Marquart on drums. Released in 2012, “Beneath the South Side Bridge is the band’s fourth album.
