Cellar Manager

We are looking for an individual with experience working in cellar operations and in a supervisory role with excellent management, communication and strategic thinking skills to fill the recently opened Cellar Manager position at our Schlafly Bottleworks facility in Maplewood, MO. 

The Cellar Manager is responsible for all processes and activities involved in transforming unfermented wort from our Brewhouse into the final stages of all styles of high-quality, delicious Schlafly Beer.  This critical leadership role will combine actual hands-on cellar work with guiding a team of skilled Cellar Operators.  The Cellar Manager will also participate in all leadership team activities and improvement efforts and represent The Saint Louis Brewery in a positive manner at all times.  For a full position description, click here.  To apply, e-mail your resume and cover letter to
