We are looking for an individual with experience working in cellar operations and in a supervisory role with excellent management, communication and strategic thinking skills to fill the recently opened Cellar Manager position at our Schlafly Bottleworks facility in Maplewood, MO.
The Cellar Manager is responsible for all processes and activities involved in transforming unfermented wort from our Brewhouse into the final stages of all styles of high-quality, delicious Schlafly Beer. This critical leadership role will combine actual hands-on cellar work with guiding a team of skilled Cellar Operators. The Cellar Manager will also participate in all leadership team activities and improvement efforts and represent The Saint Louis Brewery in a positive manner at all times. The Production Planner is responsible for generating production schedules and ordering raw materials to ensure those schedules can be met in a safe and timely manner. These functions will be performed to varying degrees for five different breweries (Schlafly Bottleworks, Schlafly Tap Room and three contract breweries). Qualifications include a minimum of two years’ experience in production planning/scheduling and/or materials/inventory management. Brewery Representative- North & Central IL, SE IA, Northern IN, NE MO
This Brewery Representative position is an account level sales position that covers the territory of Illinois from Springfield north with an exclusion of Chicago, Indiana from Indianapolis north, the southeastern portion of Iowa and a shared responsibility in northeastern Missouri. The ideal candidate will live somewhere in the middle of this territory. This position will be expected to meet all standards of the Saint Louis Brewery and increase market share in his/her territory. This person will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently effectively, strong analytical and interpersonal skills and represent The Saint Louis Brewery in a positive manner. Must have also have a minimum of two years’ sales experience, willingness to travel for work regularly, and open availability. Experience in the beer or beverage industry preferred.
