This position will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to grow brand awareness and market share within his/her territory, while meeting all standards and expectations set by The Saint Louis Brewery. This person will need to be driven and goal oriented with proven ability to plan, track, and execute key metrics. Must also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently effectively, strong analytical and time management skills and represent The Saint Louis Brewery in a positive manner. Preferred to have three to five years’ sales experience in the beverage industry. Willingness and ability to travel, valid driver’s license, and minimum three years’ general sales/account management experience required. Packaging Shift Supervisor- Bottleworks
The Packaging Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the packaging line and directing the work the Packaging Operators on his/her designated shift. This position will be tasked with maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and cleanliness in the Packaging Department and will be focused on improving line efficiency and employee development. Must be organized, have solid analytical and decision making abilities, be a strong leader and motivator and a good communicator. This position will work on a rotating shift and requires an individual with completely open availability. Experience work in a manufacturing or production environment is required. We are looking for an individual with a degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Fermentation Sciences, Food Sciences or a related field, 3-5 years’ experience in QA/QC in a food or brewing related industry, and supervisory experience to run the Schlafly Beer Quality Assurance Program.
