Bottleworks Retail Assistant
The Retail Assistant is the brand ambassador of Schlafly Beer on the retail floor and at the host desk. These employees are responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience in the retail area and engaging customers to create a lasting positive connection to the Schlafly Beer brand. This position is also responsible for the all opening and closing duties and making sure the area is clean and well stocked along with handling keg and donation orders. Employees in this position must have a passion for excellent customer service, be good communicators, highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of all Schlafly Beer products.
