  • Cask Tasmanian Pale Ale

    This aromatic ale is heavy on Australian Galaxy hops and balanced in bitterness, with recognizable tropical notes.  The TIPA’s ingenuity comes from our younger generation of brewers who recognized that sometimes bigger is better, and created a profile that’s powerfully hoppy and dangerously drinkable.

  • Grapefruit IPA

    Fresh grapefruit purée and American Citra hops create a brisk, approachable IPA with layers of refreshingly tart aromas. 5.4%abv, 40 IBU. Hopped with Simcoe and Citra.

  • Irish Extra Stout

    Our Irish-Style Extra Stout amplifies the traditional drier versions from Ireland for a bolder, black brew.  The addition of real molasses, roasted barley and Dark Crystal malted barley give Extra Stout undertones of chocolate, molasses and dried fruit.  The beer is generously hopped with East Kent Goldings to balance the sweetness.

  • Stone Fruit Sour

    Stone Fruit Sour is a wheat ale made with peaches and apricots and Marynka hops then aged in wine barrels.

  • Dry Hopped APA

    Our Dry Hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is charged with American hops to create a bold, aromatic ale.
  • Nitro Irish Stout

    Nitrogenation gives this beer an unprecedented creaminess, while the malted, roasted, and flaked barley make this a true stout—a style known for its nutritional and restorative qualities.

  • White Lager

    Think of it as an unfiltered lager—sort of like a fresher, hoppier Hefeweizen. Brewed with Europils and white wheat malt and hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Polaris and Manderina Bavaria, this unfiltered lager refreshes with a clean, malty finish.
    ABV 5.5% IBU 20

  • Hop Trial Steiner

    Hop Trial Steiner is a single malt, single hop beer brewed with the hop, 07270.  This high-alpha hop from the Yakima Valley features tangerine and mandarin aromas and big flavors of ripe peach, apricot and mango.

  • Gose

    Using a culture made in-house combined with a wild one cultivated from local persimmons and the addition of sea salt and coriander give this beer its character.

  • Vanilla Milk Stout

    Our traditional stout brewed with lactose sugar and aged on Nielson-Massey Madagascar-Bourbon vanilla beans for a unique winter brew.

  • Saison

    This St. Louis Brews collaboration is fermented with a blend of French and Belgian yeast strains, invoking the tradition of a farmhouse ale.

The restaurant accepts reservations of 16 or less for all hours of business Monday through Thursday. Unfortunately we can not take reservations Friday, Saturday and Sunday and during Beer Festivals. All reservations are forfeit if your party has not arrived by 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation.

We accept all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks. No separate checks will be accepted for parties of 8 or more. Cake fee, $2 per person. Corkage fee, $12.
