  • American Pale Ale

    ABV 5.9%  IBU 50

Our Dry Hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is charged with American hops to create a bold, aromatic ale. Assertive hop flavor joins the pine/citrus aroma characteristic of American hops to balance the full body provided by North American malts. After fermentation, the beer circulates through a bed of Cascade and Chinook hops, boosting the distinctive hop aroma of this satisfying ale. ABV 5.9%  50 IBU

  • Common

This warm fermented lager is our tribute to the classic Anchor Steam beer that started the craft brewing revolution. Our version is a malty amber lager with a good dose of Chinook hops in the whirlpool.

  • Hop Trial HBC 438

We begin the process by combining a base malt and single hop to create a simple SMASH beer. This brings out the individual qualities of each ingredient, making the profile of our featured hop variety the true focus.  The finished beer is then tested by our Quality Assurance team before it’s released to the consumers, whose feedback is crucial (and welcome) in order to determine the future potential of pursuing a particular hop to use in our beers.

  • White Lager

Think of it as an unfiltered lager—sort of like a fresher, hoppier Hefeweizen. Brewed with Europils and white wheat malt and hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Polaris and Manderina Bavaria, this unfiltered lager refreshes with a clean, malty finish.  ABV 5.5% IBU 20

  • Cask Chestnut Mild

Our Chestnut Mild is a labor of love. We start by sourcing local chestnuts from the University of Missouri The Center for Agroforestry - they help farmers grow local black walnuts, northern pecans, chestnuts, and more. Then, our chef team gets to work by roasting and peeling 200 pounds of the chestnuts - all by hand. The end result? A traditional, mild ale with low gravity and superbly malty character.

    ABV 4.7% 25 IBU

  • Black IPA

Despite its stout-like hue, this is a traditional IPA in every sense. Midnight Wheat gives the ale its dark appearance and smooth, full-bodied flavor while Northwest hops lend desirable crispness and earthy aromas. We use Chinook hops for their bittering qualities and earthy aromas, then dry-hop the finished beer with the dual-purpose Eureka! variety, which fully complements its companions

  • Hard Apple Cider

Our Hard Apple Cider is just the right balance of dry, crisp apple flavor with a bit of sweetness in the finish. This is a great beverage akin to a champagne and not as sweet as some of the ciders on the market today.

  • Grapefruit IPA

We add grapefruit purée straight into the fermentation tank then dry-hop with American Citra® hops for a unique combination of bold aromas and flavors.
