Schlafly Beer. Brewed in St. Louis.
  • Hefeweizen

Our Hefeweizen is a light, unfiltered wheat beer, often served with a wedge of lemon.
  • Pale Ale

Our flagship Pale Ale is a smooth, balanced, copper-colored session beer with mildly spiced flavor and aroma from the East Kent Goldings hops.
  • Oatmeal Stout

Our Oatmeal Stout is a classic British-style stout brewed with flaked oatmeal and roasted barley.
  • Kölsch

Our Kölsch is a classic golden ale that uses a centuries old yeast strain sourced from a famous Kölsch brewer in Köln, Germany.
  • Grapefruit IPA

Fresh grapefruit purée and American hops create a brisk, approachable IPA with layers of refreshingly tart aromas.
  • Dry-Hopped APA

Using Cascade and Chinook hops, this American twist on an English classic boldly goes where no Pale Ale has gone before.

  • Expo IPA

Our personal relationships with hop farmers from around the world give us access to rare varieties chosen for thier notable attributes, emphasized when blended with quality grains and water sourced from our unique confluence of rivers for an exceptional, distinguished, balanced beer.

  • Oktoberfest

Our Oktoberfest is a traditional Bavarian Märzen with a toasty malt aroma and slight caramel taste.
  • Pumpkin Ale

Our Pumpkin Ale blends the spices of the harvest with full-bodied sweetness for a beer that tastes like pumpkin pie.
  • American IPA

Our American IPA gets its bold hop flavor from 100% American hops and its deep gold and full body from pale and crystal malted barley.
  • Noble Lager

Light-golden in color with an invigorating freshness, our take on a traditional lager is rich in hop aroma without being too bitter. We use Magnum and Tettnang hops, varieties from Germany that bring both floral notes and a definitive earthiness; the Lublin hop, traditionally used in lagers to round out the medium-bodied malt character; and the noble Hallertau that lends a hint of spice. It’s a smooth and balanced beer—everything a European lager should be.

    ABV: 5.0%   IBU: 30

  • Tasmanian IPA

Our Tasmanian IPA is brewed with 100% Australian hops. The Tasmanian hop, Galaxy, is a strong, aromatic variety that is different from traditional strains of the Pacific Northwest.
  • Cask Expo IPA

Our personal relationships with hop farmers from around the world give us access to rare varieties chosen for thier notable attributes, emphasized when blended with quality grains and water sourced from our unique confluence of rivers for an exceptional, distinguished, balanced beer.

  • Weissbier

For this cloudy German-style ale, we use Eastern European hops to stay true to its origins, but only a small dosing, as the real focus here is the aromatic characteristic of the Weissbier ale yeast strain that dominates the palate with notes of clove, spice, and banana. We also use an abundance of wheat malt and barley for an unassertive sweetness highlighted by the smoothness from the unfiltered body.  ABV: 5.0%   IBU: 15

  • Cask VaStLy Mild Ale

We collaborated with our friends at Port City Brewing in Alexandria, Va. to create this traditional English-style ale known for its mild, malty character, dark hue, and low alcohol content. We brought together the finest English hops (Pilgrim and East Kent Goldings) and English malts (brown, chocolate, Maris Otter, etc.) for a true session beer with aromas of molasses and dark berries.  ABV: 4.2%   IBU: 20

  • Imperial Oktoberfest

A bigger, more robust version of our renowned Märzen, which pays tribute to the Bavarians who crafted the recipe and brewed it for their fall celebrations—their Oktoberfests. It’s amber-hued and suitably sweet, with bold, toasted-malt flavors.  ABV: 8.0%   IBU: 25

  • POTUS Lager

We first brewed this beer in 2004 for the 100th anniversary of the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis, and now it’s our featured beer for the 2016 presidential election. With all-American malt, barley, and corn—plus the German Tettnang hop known for its mild, herbal attributes and the English Bouillon noted for spicy bittering qualities—this easy-to-drink traditional lager is crisp, bright, and clean.  ABV: 5%   IBU: 25
